HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Meridian Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 776 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
