HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
