HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Water Authority and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 508 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
