HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Stone Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
