HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Nova Meadow Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Columbus and nearby communities. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
