HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Rowan Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
