HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Lakeside Energy is an energy provider in Columbus focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
