HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Columbus. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
