HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Columbus, OH)

Bright Harbor Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Columbus focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
