HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Quill Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
