HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Cross Civic Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
