HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on caregiver training. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
