HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Early Learning runs childcare centres in Colorado Springs caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
