HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quarry Transit Planning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
