HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Birch Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on group events. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
