HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
