HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Foxglove Willow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Colorado Springs, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
