HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Mill Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 720 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
