HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Logistics and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
