HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Field Housing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 798 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
