HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
