HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark West Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
