HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Keystone Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
