HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Linden Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
