HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Wren Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
