HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cleveland plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
