HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Wilder Medical is a Cleveland company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
