HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Sparrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Cleveland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
