HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Sparrow Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
