HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Clear Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 424 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loads and lanes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
