HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Wilder Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service appointments. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
