HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Mill Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Cincinnati region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
