HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
