HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Ember Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
