HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
