HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
