HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Vale Early Learning runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
