HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Corner Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Cincinnati producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
