HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood North Staffing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
