HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Amberfield Willow Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
