HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Rivermark Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Cincinnati with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
