HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Cincinnati region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
