HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Quarry Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
