HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Chicago. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
