HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 948 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
