HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Redstone Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Chicago focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
