HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
