HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Willow Property Management looks after rental homes across the Chicago area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
