HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Bright Community Partners Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
