HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Bright Yarrow Inspection Services Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports.
